Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials and services provided on our site for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software provided.
• Attempt to disable or interfere with the proper working of the software or services.
• Share, distribute, or resell any of the products or services provided while not being our authorized reseller.
• Use our services if you are associated with any anti-cheat organizations or are developing anti-cheat solutions.

3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.

4. Warranty of Products

Only products that are on multi loader are covered by a limited warranty. Note that our warranty has a set timeframe and may be voided for reasons such as violating terms of service or exceeding the warranty period.

Multi loader licenses, both ” license (valid only while the product remains actively in development), including a 7-day warranty starting from the moment of first use. After this period, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

5. Cooperation with protocols

Your full cooperation is required to be eligible for a refund. Refund rights are void if cooperation is not provided according to our procedures and guidelines. Failure to adhere to these procedures will disqualify you from refund eligibility. We maintain a strict policy against disrespectful or disruptive behavior; any conduct we deem inappropriate, unprofessional, or disruptive ("toxic") will be assessed at our discretion and may result in the immediate revocation of your product refund eligibility. Cooperation includes following our processes, engaging respectfully, and adhering to all guidelines. We reserve the right to interpret these terms.

6. Payments and Refunds

Refunds are only available for products that are on the multi-loader. Refund rights are void in the following cases, and all other products are non-refundable:

• Unsupported hardware/software
• Lack of cooperation with support (see “#3 Cooperation Policy”).
• Third-party purchases (e.g., via exchanges,or our resellers).
• Type of "changed my mind" situations. Purchases are final.
• License issues (e.g., banned, expired, or lost keys).
• Expired warranty (see “#2 Warranty”).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and materials are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchants, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our site, its owners, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.
