Can't download loader for PUBG

Hey all,

Just paid for the day PUBG cheat to see what its like, i got the conformation email and the following email with code and link to get the loader.

When pressing the link i just get a black screen with the message....

Is there something i am doing wrong? i followed all the instruction in email and disabled windows defender.
